How to Reach FxPro Support (24/7) — or Ask the Team Here
FxPro’s support — including live chat — runs 24/7 in the FxPro app and the FxPro Direct account area, according to FxPro. This independent partner page shows where to find it — or leave any question below and the team will reply to your contact.
Open FxPro Account →Ask a question ↓Most questions that stop a beginner are asked at the wrong moment and to the wrong place. Anything about a funded account - access, funding, verification - belongs with the broker, and according to FxPro those channels run inside the FxPro app and the FxPro Direct account area. Everything else tends to be a practice question in disguise: what an order type does, why a position behaved the way it did, whether a habit is normal in a first month. Those are worth writing down as they appear rather than acting on immediately, because a question list read back at the end of the week answers about half of itself and makes the other half far easier to ask properly. The form on this page is for the ones that survive.

Keep a question list next to the trade journal
Questions arrive mid-session, which is the worst possible moment to chase them. Writing one down takes five seconds and keeps the session intact; chasing it interrupts the routine you are trying to build, and the answer usually turns out to be less urgent than it felt.
Give the list the same treatment as the journal: date, the question in one line, and what prompted it. Read it at the weekly review rather than during the week.
About half of any beginner list answers itself by the time it is read back, usually because the situation recurred and made the answer obvious. The half that remains is worth asking properly, and by then you can describe the circumstances precisely instead of vaguely.
Which questions go where
Anything touching a funded account goes to the broker. According to FxPro, live chat runs around the clock in the FxPro app, and the FxPro Direct account area handles account settings and verification - the current channels are always listed inside it, which is where to check because they can change.
Questions about what something means, how a habit reads, or whether a first-month pattern is normal are not support questions at all. They are review questions, and the honest answer is usually in your own record - the order rules page and the pre-order routine cover most of the recurring ones.
What is left after those two filters is a small, specific set: things you cannot look up and cannot read out of your own history. That is what the form below is for, and a question that has been through the week gets a far more useful answer than one fired off mid-session.
Asking in a way that gets a usable answer
Include the circumstances, not just the question. What you were doing, what you expected, and what happened instead - three short pieces of context turn an unanswerable question into an answerable one.
Say where you are in the process: still practising, about to fund an account, or in a first live month. The same question has different useful answers at each of those stages, and without that detail the answer has to hedge across all three.
And keep the answer. Paste it back next to the question on the list, so the second time the situation arises you are reading your own note rather than asking again. A question list that gets answered and kept is a study record in its own right by the end of a first month.
Turning mid-session questions into something worth asking
- Write the question down when it appears and go back to the session - the chase costs more than the delay does.
- Add one line of context: what you were doing and what surprised you, while it is still fresh.
- Read the list at the weekly review and strike out everything that answered itself in the meantime.
- Route what is left - anything about a funded account to the broker channels, anything about your own patterns back to the journal, and the remainder to the form on this page.
- Paste the answer next to the question and keep it, so the same situation is looked up rather than asked again.
A question asked at the end of a week is more specific, easier to answer, and about half as likely to be needed at all.
Where a beginner question actually belongs
| Kind of question | Where it goes | What to have ready |
|---|---|---|
| Access, funding or verification on a funded account | The broker channels, according to FxPro | Account details and what you already tried |
| What an order type or platform field does | A practice account, first | A spare hour and the demo open in front of you |
| Why a position behaved the way it did | Your own journal and history | The entry line written before the outcome |
| Whether a first-month habit is normal | The weekly review, then this form | The pattern, with dates, from your own record |
| Anything you cannot look up or read back | The form on this page | The circumstances, the expectation and the surprise |
This page is an independent partner site, so the first row is the broker's to answer and always will be.
A question list that earns its place
| Column | Written when | What it is for |
|---|---|---|
| The question, one line | The moment it appears | Keeping the session intact |
| What prompted it | Immediately after | Making the question answerable later |
| Stage you are at | At the weekly review | Getting an answer aimed at your situation |
| Answered itself? | At the weekly review | Removing about half the list |
| The answer, kept | When it arrives | Looking it up next time instead of asking |
Five columns and a weekly read. It costs a few minutes and removes most of the interruptions from the sessions themselves.
